Community Development & Inclusion

Community Development and Inclusion Team

Community Development Partners

Working with Housing Partners and teams across Accent, our Community Development Partners engage with our customers at a local level to understand what is happening where you live and develop projects, events and initiatives which benefit your communities and deliver social value.

If you have an idea for an event or activity which you feel will benefit your neighbours and your community, please get in touch with us, we'd love to hear about it.

Inclusion Partners

Our Inclusion Service helps our customers to manage their finances and sustain their tenancies to achieve long-term stability. The service provides practical advice and access to specialist support with budgeting, benefits, financial assistance, and digital inclusion.

Our Inclusion Partners provide one‑to‑one support to customers with complex needs or barriers that cannot be resolved through digital or other services.

Spotlight on Anti-Social Behaviour Week

Event: Primrose Hill Community ASB Engagement Day

Where: Primrose Hill Community Centre, Appleton Road, Primrose Hill, Stockton-on-Tees, TS19 0HL.

When: Wednesday 1st July 2026 - 11am to 1pm.

We’re proud to be hosting this multi‑agency community event on the Primrose Hill Estate to show how we work in partnership to tackle anti-social  behaviour.

At the event, we’ll be explaining how anti-social behaviour can be reported, the tools and powers we use to manage and address anti-social behaviour and how we work alongside our community partners to stop and tackle anti-social behaviour to support our customers.

We’ll be joined by Cleveland Police, Stockton Healthwatch and Thirteen Housing Group. We'll be consulting with customers on what we are currently doing, collecting feedback and customer ideas for future activity and we'll have a space for conversations, advice and practical support.
