Event: Repairs Workshop - 16th April 2026.
Event: Customer Portal Workshop - 22nd April 2026.
Event: CSCS Curse (please note - this is not an Accent event it is an Employment & Skills Event for people in Tameside).
The course is designed to help candidates gain the knowledge and skills needed to work in the construction sector. It covers an Introduction to the Industry, Construction Practices, Health and Safety and Manual Handling.
Details:
Open day date - Thursday 23rd April 2026. 11am prompt start.
Open day Venue - Methodist hall / Central Buildings, Oldham St, Manchester M1 1JQ.
(Learners need to bring ID, either a Passport or Birth certificate or Driver's licence/provisional to the open day.
Open day will last 2 hours maximum).
Course start date – 30th April
Course venue - Methodist Hall / Central Buildings, Oldham St, Manchester M1 1JQ
Following completion of the course Back to Work will book and fund candidates CSCS test and fund CSCS cards for each candidate that successfully passes their test.

Event: Start a Career in Tech - AWS Programme for Ages 19-24 (Greater Manchester). (Please note - this is not an Accent event - see details below).
This is a leading recognised industry pathway for individuals interested in starting a career in Tech. The programme runs for 12 weeks, full-time and is delivered in partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS). It provides the technical skills and professional confidence that supports individuals stepping into a cloud computing career.
