Event: Primrose Hill Community ASB Engagement Day
Where: Primrose Hill Community Centre, Appleton Road, Primrose Hill, Stockton-on-Tees, TS19 0HL.
When: Wednesday 1st July 2026 - 11am to 1pm.
This is a multi‑agency community event on the Primrose Hill Estate to show how we work in partnership to tackle anti-social behaviour.
Join us to find out how to report anti-social behaviour, the tools and powers we use to manage and address anti-social behaviour and how we work alongside our community partners to stop and tackle anti-social behaviour to support our customers.
We’ll be joined by Cleveland Police, Stockton Healthwatch and Thirteen Housing Group and asking customers for their views on this important subject.

This is for Accent customers living in the Sweetbecks area of Scarborough.

Event: Housing Partner Drop-ins.
Weekly every Thursday from 4th June (to 9th July).
Venue: Burnside Community Centre, Mendip Terrace, Stanley, DH8 6QP.
Time: 1pm - 2pm.

Railway Terrace Litterpick & Engagement Event
A resident litter pick and engagement event held at Railway Terrace, Brotton on 1 May 2026, encouraging community involvement and local pride.
Cypress Court Garden Clear-out
A community garden clear-out held at Cypress Court, Stockton-on-Tees on 6 May 2026, where volunteers came together to improve outdoor spaces.
Housing Officer Drop-In
A drop-in session held at Primrose Hill Community Centre, Stockton on 13 May 2026, giving Accent and Thirteen customers the opportunity to speak with their housing teams.
National Customer Group Event
A virtual event held on 19 May 2026 bringing together customers from across all regions to share feedback and insights.
Housing Drop-Ins took place weekly between 4 June and 9 July 2026 at Burnside Community Centre, Stanley. The sessions provided customers living in Stanley and County Durham with confidential, face-to-face support from Housing Partner Linda Deakin, offering advice on rent, housing matters, and other concerns. Customers also had the opportunity to share feedback to help improve services.
Level 3 First Aid Training was held on 17 June 2026 at Cypress Court, Stockton. Organised by the Thirteen Group Employability Service and hosted at an Accent scheme, the training enabled Accent and non-Accent residents to gain practical first aid knowledge and skills.
Level 2 Food Hygiene Training took place on 24 June 2026 at Cypress Court, Stockton. The course, organised by the Thirteen Group Employability Service and hosted at an Accent scheme, provided Accent and non-Accent residents with food hygiene training and an opportunity to develop their knowledge in this area.
The Independent Living Group met virtually on 3 June 2026 as part of Accent’s national customer engagement programme. The event brought together engaged customers from across Accent’s regions to share their views and experiences, helping to inform and influence service development. Participation was by invitation for customers who had previously registered an interest in working with Accent.
