How we spend your rent
Your rent helps us maintain your home and deliver the services you rely on every day. This includes repairs, planned improvements, and the cost of running our services, such as staff, offices and technology.
We also publish a simple breakdown showing how every average £1 of your rent was spent, so you can see exactly where your money goes.
