The development of 12 new homes is located adjacent to our existing scheme at Century Square, which is a 79 unit mixed tenure scheme that was completed in 2008.
Located minutes from Lincoln Road, there are numerous small convenience stores and restaurants. There are many local health and well-being facilities nearby, such as dentists, opticians, hairdressers and medical centre.
The network links are good, with the City Centre only a 15-minute walk for those who are able, or alternatively a direct bus route. It is close to the Peterborough railway station with direct links to London and the north via the East Coast rail line.
The new homes were built by Lindum Group.
All six ground floor dwellings will meet Part M4(Category 2) of the current building regulations. Homes built to this standard are considered 'Accessible and adaptable dwelling'. These dwellings are potentially suitable for a wide range of occupants, including older people and those with reduced mobility.
