We’re inviting customers to take part in The Big Winter Warm Up – a series of challenges to help you prepare for winter, reduce energy waste and explore financial support.
There are eight activities, called Big Wins. As you complete them, you’ll collect badges and earn points. Complete all eight and you’ll unlock the chance to enter our prize draw for a £100 Love2shop voucher.
Why we're doing it
Colder weather can put extra pressure on your heating and household budget. We want to make it easier to find practical advice and take steps that could make a difference.
Whether you’re checking your alarms or finding out about benefits you could be entitled to, each activity has a useful purpose beyond earning points.
What are the eight Big Wins?
Check your boiler pressure to help keep your heating working efficiently.
Bleed your radiators to release trapped air and help them heat up properly.
