JULIE WITTICH
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Julie’s career began with Aldwyck Housing Association in an administration role before progressing quickly to become a housing officer managing 400 homes.
In Julie’s early career she spent time at William Sutton Trust as estate manager and Capita Housing Systems as a business consultant before joining bpha as assistant housing manager. Julie went on to secure roles as head of housing services before taking up the senior positions of executive director of service delivery and, most recently, as executive director of assets.
Julie's most recent role was at Watford Community Housing where she held the role of interim group director of operations.
Julie is an experienced operations and board director with extensive experience in the social housing sector in housing and asset management. She is highly skilled in change management and creative problem solving with a proven track record of delivering sustainable results. Julie is a motivational, collaborative leader, who is passionate about people. She has sound interpersonal and communication skills which are used to build and develop high-performing teams, promote partnership working and effectively manage stakeholder engagement.
In Julie’s spare time, she loves socialising with family and friends and spending time with her two stepsons and young daughter.
