Introducing Steve Pearson

Steve is a senior/executive director with a unique range of skills and experience, built up over 30 years of working in social housing and regeneration.

Steve has a record of leading and managing high performing teams with a customer focus and commercial acumen, building effective working relationships and long term partnerships. A proven 'trouble shooter', with strong analytical and financial skills together with excellent interpersonal skills, finding practical solutions to major operational and strategic issues.

Steve has held senior posts in development, new business and strategic asset management. He has extensive experience in both housing and care/support sectors and as an executive and non-executive. His present role is as a consultant with 4point2 Ltd, where he leads the growth of a small consultancy practice, and has lead responsibility for asset management consultancy services. Stephen also identifies new clients from across the sector.

Steve's previous roles include housing and regeneration director for Is4 and director for Savills L&P. He has held a number of senior director roles within Home Group, Anchor Trust and Sanctuary Housing. Steve was also the owner and director of Steve Pearson Consulting in 2010. 

Steve is also a former chair of Community Links an award winning mental health charity supporting over 1,500 people across Yorkshire.
