As part of the Consumer Standards the Regulator of Social Housing requires Housing Associations to publish information annually on what we pay our executive directors and board members, together with the cost of managing the organisation.
In 2025/26 we paid our executive team and independent board members a total of £1.7m, equivalent to £84.02 per social housing unit. The Chief Executive Officer was the highest paid executive and was paid a total of £247k, or £12.22 per social housing unit.
In 2025/26 we spent £112m on the management of social housing. This includes the direct costs of managing customers’ homes such as routine and planned maintenance and major repairs, together with the day-to-day costs of running the organisation, including support service costs such as running our offices and IT systems. Management costs represent £5,537 per social housing unit.
