High Call Volumes into our Technical Hub

We are experiencing extremely high volumes of calls into our technical hub at the moment, but we are working hard to resolve this.

Where possible, please report your repairs via your MyAccount or on email, customerservices@accentgroup.org to keep the lines open for urgent calls and those customers who are unable to report problems online. 

To make sure we get to your queries quickly, in times of high call volumes, we may on occasions call on the help of our out of hours provider to manage the volume of contact we receive. This adds more resource to our services, enables us to better manage contact coming in on other channels and speeds up the time taken to reply to your emails and repairs logged via MyAccount.

Please be assured that you can always contact us to report emergencies.
