This scheme provides high-quality affordable homes, in an attractive, well-located setting where demand significantly outstrips supply.
Pinchbeck is a village located within Lincolnshire’s South Holland district, adjoining the regional town of Spalding.
There will be thirty-seven new homes of which fifteen are for affordable rent and twenty-two for shared ownership, with a variety of property sizes and types to meet a wide range of needs.
This scheme is being constructed in partnership with Burmor Construction.
Predicted Energy Performance Rating (EPC) for the units will achieve an ‘A’ rating. Particular emphasis will be placed on ensuring a high-quality building fabric, further enhanced by use of technologies such as Photovoltaics, which will contribute towards improved thermal efficiency, enhancing environmentally sustainability, and reducing running costs for residents.
