Sharnbrook is in a village in Bedfordshire with a population of circa 2,300. Located close to Bedford (9 miles to the south) and Rushden (7 miles to the north), the village has good transport links and is a desirable area to live. here are a number of local amenities and services located within Sharnbrook, including a Secondary and Primary School, Doctors, Pharmacy, shop, Post Office, village hall, café and a recreation ground.
These 16 new affordable homes are being delivered by Dandara Homes as part of a new housing development totalling 51 new homes.
The development will provide 16 affordable homes, of which 11 will be for affordable rent and 5 will be for shared ownership. There are a mix of 1-bedroom apartments, and 2,3 and 4-bedroom houses.
The new homes are predicted to meet an Energy Performance Rating (EPC) B .
