Work to convert Manor House, our old office space in central Peterborough commenced in August 2017.
In addition to converting the existing main office building, a terrace of three Victorian houses which had been converted into offices in the 1980s and two new build blocks were also developed to provide much needed additional homes for affordable rent.
The regeneration of Manor House was a fantastic achievement for Accent as it enabled us to provide homes for people in need from across the city, which has seen an unprecedented increase in homelessness with over 1,100 people living in temporary accommodation.
Working closely with the local historic society the refurbishment has ensured that many original features of Manor House have been preserved, including the feature leaded casement windows and impressive oak staircase.
