This scheme provides much needed affordable accommodation in a town centre location. The first 27 homes were delivered in January 2022 with the remainder completed in July 2022.
Egham is a town in north east Surrey, 19 miles west of central London. Egham Gateway lies within the Egham Town Conservation.
The scheme was developed by Places for People on behalf of Runnymede Borough Council with Grahams acting as the main contractor.
All homes gain heating and hot water through a communal heating system via an HIU and have achieved an EPC ‘B’ rating.
The scheme is suitable for singles, couples, and families and is a mix of one and two bedroom apartments.
