This needs to match the date of birth we have for you on our systems
Enter the postcode of the Accent property you previously registered for — even if you live elsewhere full-time. It must match the postcode we have on our systems for that property
Your account reference number will appear on any account related correspondence that we send you. It’s unique to your household, and means we’re able to verify that you are an Accent customer
