If your repair appointment is with our contractor, Ian Williams, you’ll receive a text message with a tracking link when your repair technician is on the way to your home.
The text will come from RepairsHub, so please keep an eye out for it on the day of your appointment.
When you tap the link, you’ll be able to see useful information about your repair visit, including:

where your repair technician is on a map
-
how far away they are
-
basic details about your repair
-
the first name of the person coming to your home.
You don’t need to download an app. Just tap the link in the text message.

Your tracking link will give you the latest information once your repair technician is on the way.
Checking the link before calling us helps you get the information you need more quickly. It also helps our customer teams support people who need urgent help.
When will I get the tracking link?
You’ll still receive your usual repair appointment reminder messages before your visit. The tracking link is sent separately when your repair technician is on the way to you.
You won’t be able to track the visit all day. If you haven’t received a tracking link yet, this may mean your repair technician hasn’t started travelling to you.
Will I get a tracking link for every repair?
Not every repair visit will have a tracking link. We work with different repairs contractors, and this service is currently linked to repair appointments with Ian Williams.
If your repair appointment is with Ian Williams, you’ll get the text automatically when your repair technician is on the way.
Make sure we have your mobile number
We can only send you a tracking link if we have the right mobile number for you.
At the moment, we have mobile numbers for 97% of our customers. We want to increase this so more customers can receive helpful updates about their repairs.
Please make sure your mobile number is up to date so you don’t miss repair reminders or tracking links. You can update your contact details through MyAccount or by contacting us.
When should I still contact Accent?
Please still contact us if:

you need to change or cancel your appointment

your access details have changed
-
your appointment time has passed and you need help
-
your repair is an emergency.
But if you’re calling to ask when your repair technician will arrive, please check your tracking text first.
