To help us maintain the high standard of customer service we aim to provide, we’ve made a temporary change to our Housing Hub contact centre opening hours.
Our phone lines will now be open from 8am to 5pm, closing one hour earlier than usual.
This decision has been made due to a combination of higher call volumes and reduced resources, and allows our teams to focus on supporting customers when demand is highest.
We typically receive only a very small number of calls between 5pm and 6pm, and by changing our hours we can reduce long wait times and continue to offer the best possible service during the day.
