Our Ripleyville development in Bradford has been named Residential Development of the Year (fewer than 100 homes) at the Yorkshire Property Awards.
The £18 million development is being delivered in partnership with Esh Construction and will provide 73 high-quality, energy-efficient homes, helping to transform the historic Ripleyville estate and create a vibrant new community.
The development has been designed to support multi-generational living and provide homes that meet the needs of local people, while creating a sustainable community for the future.
The award recognises the hard work and collaboration that has gone into bringing the development forward and the shared commitment of everyone involved to delivering quality homes and places.

The award was presented at the Yorkshire Property Awards, organised by Insider Media, which celebrates the projects, developments and organisations making an impact across Yorkshire’s property sector.
The recognition marks another exciting milestone for Ripleyville as work continues to deliver the new homes and breathe new life into the historic Bradford estate.
