Instead of staying on the line, you can choose to keep your place in the queue and we’ll call you back when it’s your turn.
How it works
When you call us, you may be given the option to request a call back.
Simply press 1 when prompted and we’ll do the rest.
With our call back service you can:
- Keep your place in the queue
- Hang up and carry on with your day
- Choose for us to call you back on your current number or a different one
When you reach the front of the queue, one of our team members will call you back.
Track your call back
If you call us from a mobile phone, we’ll also send you a text message with a tracking link.
This allows you to:
- See your position in the queue
- Cancel your call back if you no longer need it
