Putting customer safety first | Strong safety audit results

Customer safety is our top priority.

We are pleased to share the results of our latest independent Electrical Safety Audit, which showed that our safety checks and processes continue to meet high standards.

This completes a full programme of five safety audits carried out this year, covering:

  • Gas safety
  • Lift safety
  • Asbestos management
  • Water hygiene
  • Electrical safety

These audits looked at how we:

  • Carry out safety inspections
  • Keep accurate records
  • Complete repairs and follow-up actions
  • Manage customer safety across our homes

The results showed strong safety processes across all areas.

Keeping homes safe is something we work on every day. This includes regular checks, planned inspections, repairs and making sure servicing appointments can go ahead.
