Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Awareness Week is an opportunity to come together as communities, learn more about tackling anti-social behaviour, and strengthen the partnerships that help keep our neighbourhoods safe and welcoming.
Throughout the week, Accent colleagues will be hosting and supporting a range of events across our regions, giving customers the chance to learn more about ASB, share their experiences, and get involved in improving their communities.

A second community information session will take place at Ogden Square, offering customers the opportunity to learn more about ASB, ask questions, collect information resources, and understand the reporting options available.

1st July – Barrow Road Community Clean-Up Day
We're bringing residents together to help improve the local environment through a community clean-up day. Well-maintained neighbourhoods play an important role in community pride and can help reduce the impact of anti-social behaviour. We'd love to see local residents get involved.

30th June – Customer Feedback Engagement Day
We're inviting customers who have previously reported anti-social behaviour to share their experiences with us. We want to hear what worked well, what could be improved, and what additional support customers would like to see.
The feedback gathered will help us identify service improvements and future learning opportunities to ensure we continue providing the best possible support to our communities.
Working Together to Tackle ASB
Anti-social behaviour can have a significant impact on individuals and communities. ASB Awareness Week provides an opportunity to raise awareness, build understanding, and encourage everyone to play a part in creating safe, respectful neighbourhoods.
Whether you're attending an event, speaking with our teams, or sharing your feedback, your involvement helps us continue improving our services and supporting our communities.
We look forward to seeing you during ASB Awareness Week.
