Giving you a better way to share your feedback

We’ve made some changes to the regular feedback surveys we send out to customers. These changes apply to our transactional surveys – the ones we send out by text message after you’ve called our team, gone through our complaints process or had a repair visit.

We’re now using a new survey platform, provided by leading company CustomerSure.

We’ve made it quicker and easier for you to tell us what you think:

  • You’ll now get a text message with a secure link to your survey, instead of multiple back-and-forth messages
  • We’ve replaced the 1–5 scoring system with simple emojis, from unhappy faces to happy faces, making it clearer and easier for you to respond
  • You’ll see a personalised thank you message based on the feedback you give

These improvements are all about making it simpler for you to share your Accent experience. By making feedback easier and faster, we can:

  • Listen more closely to what matters to you
  • Respond more quickly when things need to improve
  • Put your voice at the heart of how we shape our services
