Accent has secured £172.4 million in funding through Homes England's Social and Affordable Homes Programme (SAHP) 2026-2036, supporting the delivery of 1,340 new affordable homes over the next decade.
The funding forms part of the government's £39 billion Social and Affordable Homes Programme and provides long-term certainty for housing providers delivering much-needed new homes across England. Accent is one of 33 strategic partners announced by Homes England.
The investment will enable Accent to continue growing its affordable housing offer while maintaining a focus on quality, sustainability and value for customers.
