Accent’s Kim Tinneny Named Among Housing’s Top 30 Colleagues for 2026

Congratulations to Accent's very own Kim Tinneny on being named in Inside Housing Management's Top 30 Colleagues in Housing 2026 list 💙👏

Kim, our Regional Specialist Housing Manager in the South of the country, was nominated by her peers in recognition of the incredible support, expertise and leadership she brings to colleagues across the organisation.

Kim’s strength lies not only in her deep knowledge of Specialist Housing, but in how she shares and applies it. She is widely recognised as a 'go-to' person across the national team, offering practical guidance and support. Her responsiveness and willingness to help colleagues, whether through national communication channels or one-to-one support, ensures that teams feel confident, informed and fully equipped to deliver high-quality services to customers.

In her role as Safeguarding Lead for the South, Kim demonstrates a deep commitment to protecting and supporting vulnerable residents and customers. She leads reflective practice forums that provide safe, structured spaces for colleagues to discuss complex cases and build confidence in safeguarding decisions. Feedback from these sessions has been overwhelmingly positive, highlighting their value in improving both individual practice and team resilience.

A huge congratulations to Kim on this well-deserved recognition, and to everyone featured in this year's Top 30 👏

"I am genuinely surprised and extremely flattered to have been nominated, let alone to be one of the Inside Housing Management 30 winners. This recognition reflects the work I'm most passionate about - supporting customers with complex needs, strengthening safeguarding practices, and creating opportunities for shared learning across teams." -  Kim Tinneny
