Accent Housing shortlisted for four Yorkshire HR Excellence Awards 2026

We have been shortlisted in four categories for the Yorkshire Excellence in HR Awards 2026, recognising Accent’s commitment to creating a positive workplace culture, investing in colleagues and delivering meaningful change.

Accent has been named a finalist in the following categories:

  • Excellence in Transformational Change through Organisational Development
  • Purpose Beyond Profit
  • Excellence in Wellbeing (Public or Third Sector)
  • Excellence in Learning and Development

The shortlisting reflects the work taking place across Accent to support colleague wellbeing, develop skills and careers, strengthen organisational culture and ensure our purpose remains at the heart of everything we do.

The Yorkshire Excellence in HR Awards are widely recognised as one of the region's leading people and culture awards, celebrating organisations and HR professionals who are driving positive change through their people strategies.

The awards ceremony will take place in October at the Royal Armouries in Leeds, bringing together organisations from across Yorkshire to celebrate excellence in people management and organisational development.

Whatever the outcome, being recognised across four categories is a significant achievement and a testament to Accent's continued focus on creating great places to work and delivering social value through its people.

Congratulations and best wishes to all this year’s finalists.
