Accent has featured in the Top 50 Biggest Builders for the third consecutive year

Accent has now featured in the Top 50 for the third consecutive year and has climbed to 28th place for future development pipeline, reflecting the organisation's strong growth plans and continued investment in new homes.

Accent continues to expand its development programme while maintaining a strong focus on quality, sustainability and customer wellbeing and impact. As a Strategic Partner for Homes England, Accent is committed to delivering high-quality, energy-efficient homes, with all land-led developments achieving an EPC A rating.

Alongside building new homes, Accent is investing in the regeneration of existing communities. A flagship example is the transformation of Ripleyville in Bradford, where 73 new homes are due to be completed later this year, helping to create a vibrant, sustainable neighbourhood for local families.
