We’re delighted to announce that our development Buttercross Place in March has been shortlisted for a prestigious Inside Housing Development Award 2026.
The development has been shortlisted in the Best Affordable Housing Development – Suburban category, following a judging process that saw more than 300 entries considered from across the housing sector.
Buttercross Place reflects Accent’s commitment to creating high-quality, affordable homes that help people and communities thrive. The development provides much-needed affordable housing in March, while creating a welcoming place that residents and customers can be proud to call home.
Being shortlisted is a fantastic recognition of the hard work and collaboration that has gone into bringing Buttercross Place to life – from our development and housing teams to our contractors, partners and everyone involved in creating these new homes.
The Inside Housing Development Awards celebrate excellence and innovation across the housing sector, making this shortlist a particularly proud moment for everyone involved.

Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony, taking place on Tuesday, 24 November 2026 at InterContinental O2, taking place alongside Housing Week, London.
