In April 2026, we held a Repairs Workshop with customers to hear more about their experiences of our repairs service.
The workshop gave customers the chance to speak openly and honestly about what is working well and what still needs to improve.
While our performance results have improved in some areas, customers told us there are still challenges around:
- Communication
- Delays and coordination
- Getting clear updates
- Consistency of service
Customers also shared how repair issues can affect everyday life and why it is important that services are reliable and easy to use.
The feedback from the workshop is now helping shape our improvement plans. We are using what customers told us to help improve communication, accountability and the overall repairs experience.
