How quickly we’ll respond to you

We aim to respond to housing enquiries within 1 working day and repair emails within 2 working days.

If you call us, our average wait times are 1–2 minutes (housing) and 4–5 minutes (repairs), though this may be longer at busy times.

Emergency repairs are prioritised and made safe within 24 hours.

If you’re short on time, you can request a call back when you ring us. We’ll keep your place in the queue and give you a call when it’s your turn. Mobile callers can even track their position by text.
