We did: We consulted with residents about improvements they would like to see to ensure that everyone can benefit from a safe and attractive living environment.
June 2022
You said: Residents would like to play a more active role in making sure that the area is maintained as it should be.
We did: Accent already inspects each of its estates on a regular basis to make sure that they are safe and tidy, and that any repairs to communal areas are reported. We invited customers to take part in these inspections to bring to our attention any areas of concern and to hear their suggestions as to how the appearance of the neighbourhood could be improved.
