You said: Residents would like the communal areas tidied up so they can enjoy the outdoor areas to their full potential.
We did: We cut back the overgrown shrubs and removed large weeds which had taken root. We replaced some of the surfaces with low maintenance gravel, which residents have decorated with pot plants. We ordered a skip for residents to dispose of bulky waste, cluttering up their homes and the estate. We have provided a picnic bench for residents to enjoy communal barbecues. Residents have been in touch to say how much these changes have improved the appearance of the estate.
