James Kelly
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
James has represented and lobbied for Lloyds Banking Group in government relations working with ministers, MPs and regulators at Parliamentary, political and industry events on a wide range of housing sector issues.
Previously in his career James was the Director of Property Management for Lloyds Banking Group proactively leading colleagues in a network of offices located across the United Kingdom. His experience also includes Director positions at Sequence/Connells (part of Skipton Building Society) and Dacre, Son & Hartley. In these roles James was responsible for the operational leadership of large scale residential lettings and asset management businesses.
James has undertaken senior roles with UK Finance and The Council for Mortgage Lenders working closely with the Government, housing providers and charities on delivering options to support vulnerable customers in financial difficulty. He holds an Honours Degree in Estate Management which provides a technical knowledge of property construction, development and valuation methods.
