Meet Simon Brooksbank, our Non-Executive Director
Simon is a Non-Executive Director at Accent Housing and Chair of the Customer Experience Committee, bringing extensive governance experience across the social housing sector. He currently serves as a Non-Executive Director at Broadacres Housing Association and is a member of the Northern Housing Consortium’s Commercial Advisory Group, advising on strategy, customer insight and sector challenges. His previous roles include Vice-Chair and Senior Independent Director at Greatwell Homes, where he helped shape a customer‑centred strategy and strengthen stakeholder engagement
Alongside his board roles, Simon has held senior executive positions specialising in customer insight, data and commercial strategy across organisations including Holland & Barrett and Morrisons. He brings particular expertise in using data and insight to improve performance, and is passionate about embedding customer voice within governance to support high-quality, customer-focused services.
