Meet Michelle Gregg, our Non-Executive Director
Michelle is a Non‑Executive Director at Accent Housing and a member of the Remuneration & Nomination Committee and Customer Experience Committee. She brings significant governance experience from across the housing sector, currently serving as Vice Chair of the Board at Wythenshawe Community Housing Group, where she also chairs the Customer Experience Committee and sits on the People, Culture and Governance Committee. She has held a range of advisory and board roles, including positions with the University of Manchester, ARCO and Southway Housing Trust.
Alongside her non-executive roles, Michelle has held senior executive positions spanning customer services, transformation and operational leadership within large housing organisations, including Yorkshire Housing and Your Housing Group. She brings extensive experience of leading large-scale customer-facing services, organisational transformation programmes and governance structures, with a strong focus on improving customer outcomes and driving performance across complex organisations.
