From 5 June 2020, Mears Group Plc became our new repairs contractor in our Eastern region.

Mears are a national contractor with a great reputation. You can find out more about them here.

Unfortunately, because of the changeover, and the government's lockdown to stop the spread of the coronavirus, a number of repairs are being delayed. We are transferring a large backlog of repairs to Mears and we also have the repairs which we couldn't respond to during the lockdown. We need to prioritise all these repairs to make sure we get to the most important ones first. 

We are working closely with Mears to safely restart our repairs service and prioritise the most important so please bear with us. Your safety and security always come first.

TSG Building Services will continue to be responsible for gas servicing and maintenance in the region. When your annual safety check is due, please let them in to carry it out. TSG will take all the necessary precautions to minimise infection by wearing PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and follow social distancing principles and high hygiene measures.
