Newton Leys is a new 113-home scheme being just south in Milton Keynes, a city located in Buckingham. This scheme offers a range of tenures, with 77 homes available for rent (both affordable and social), with a further 36 available for Shared Ownership. All homes have been built to a high standard and designed to achieve an EPC A rating.

These homes, built in partnership with Taylor Wimpey, will form part of a sustainable urban extension village of 1650 homes in South Milton Keynes, and is strategically located near the M1, A5 and A4146, linking the town to Northampton, Bedford and Cambridge. These homes are also 7miles away from Milton Keynes’ central train station with direct trains to London taking 38 minutes. Newton Leys has a range of key amenities that customers will also benefit from, including a primary school, supermarket, coffee shops and takeaways. The development also contains 50 hectares of green space.

These homes are expected to be completed in summer 2027 and are part-funded by Homes England from the Affordable Homes Programme 2021-26.
