Hampton Green is a new 57-unit scheme being built in Peterborough, a cathedral city in the county of Cambridgeshire. 21 homes are for affordable rent and 36 will be available for shared ownership offering homes ranging from 3-5 bedroom houses. All homes have been built to a high standard and will also be fitted with solar PV panels. 50 homes will also be built to EPC A energy standards.
These homes are 5 miles from Peterborough City Centre and less than two miles from a local retail park which boasts a range of shops including a supermarket so residents will have a range of amenities on their doorstep. Peterborough is also well located for travel – these new homes are a short drive away from Peterborough train station which includes a fast track into the city of London, plus the A1 is on the doorstep providing easy travel up North.
These homes are expected to be completed in Autumn 2027. Hampton Green is part-funded by Homes England from the Affordable Homes Programme 2021-26 and built in partnership with Persimmon Homes.
