Help us build more homes
Between now and 2027, Accent’s mission is to dramatically increase our development of high-quality affordable for sale and for rent. But to do this, we first need to acquire new land on which these homes can be built.
We’re keen to hear from landowners who are interested in supporting our goals, as well as other developers open to exploring partnership and joint venture opportunities.
Areas we plan to develop
We’re currently focusing on opportunities in the North, Central, South East, and East of England. If you’re a landowner in these areas or would like to discuss potential opportunities, please contact Phil Murton, Assistant Development Director, or Azhar Ahmed, Assistant Development Director. A member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
