Is the customer's contact set to Active? *


Is their relationship set to either tenant or joint tenant? *


Is their tenure any of the following? Commercial, Staff Accommodation, Freeholders without Charges *


Are they a current tenant? *


Did they terminate their tenancy over 6-months ago? *


Do they have an outstanding balance to pay? *
