At Accent, we want to make sure we understand and respond to every customer’s needs. We aim to do this with care, flexibility, and professionalism, so no one has trouble using our homes or services.

Our new Diverse Needs Policy will help us record customers’ needs and vulnerabilities. It will also help us change our services to meet these needs and make sure our team includes everyone in the right way. The policy supports our work on equity, diversity, and inclusion. It helps our teams understand people’s needs, find any barriers, make adjustments, and give the right support.

With this policy, we want to build trust, improve customer satisfaction, and make sure every customer is treated with dignity, respect, and fairness.
