Diverse and Additional Needs Policy – Have Your Say

At Accent, we are committed to recognising and responding to all our customers’ needs. 

As our customer, you are an individual, not a line of data or a number on a spreadsheet, but someone with unique needs and requirements. We want to respond to these accordingly with empathy, flexibility and professionalism, and make sure no customer is ever disadvantaged in accessing our homes and services.

We have just launched a new policy, Diverse and Additional Needs, which provides a way in which we can identify and record your needs and vulnerabilities, so we can adapt our services accordingly across all our interactions with you. We want to make sure our people have the skills they need to recognise and empathise with your individual needs and requirements and identify any barriers which may stop you from accessing a high-quality service, by making reasonable adjustments and providing the right support. 

We want to build trust, improve customer satisfaction and ensure every customer is treated with dignity, respect and fairness at all times.
