Easter Egg Hunt Brings Community Together at Cotton End

Last week, Cotton End was filled with smiles, laughter and plenty of chocolate as customers hosted a brilliant Easter Egg Hunt for local children.

The event was inspired by customers who wanted to bring some Easter joy to their community. With their support, the idea quickly became a reality, creating a special day for everyone involved.

We were delighted to welcome Year 1 and 2 pupils from Sacred Heart Primary School to join in the celebrations. The children took part in a range of fun activities, including games, clue-solving and, of course, hunting for Easter eggs in the communal gardens.

Customers played a key role in making the event a success. They helped organise the day, hide the eggs and guide the children through the activities. Along the way, they also shared fond memories of Easter celebrations with their own families, adding to the warm and friendly atmosphere.

One customer said:
“Thank you to Accent, this has been wonderful. We love having the children here. It’s been a pleasure to see how much fun the children had and the smiles on their faces, it makes me so happy!”

There was also a special moment for five-year-old Nyla, who won the “Name the Bunny” competition. The winning name? Cupcake 🐰

The event was a great example of how bringing different generations together can help build stronger, more connected communities.

A big thank you to everyone who helped organise and take part in such a memorable day.
