Bottisham Meadows is a landmark £16.4 million scheme delivering 50 thoughtfully designed, high-quality and energy-efficient homes in the picturesque village of Bottisham, near Cambridge. The development offers a mix of rental and shared ownership homes, ranging from one to four bedrooms, helping families, retirees and first-time buyers to access affordable, modern housing in an area where demand is high.
Sustainability and community are at the heart of the scheme. Every home has achieved an EPC A rating and is fitted with solar PV panels and EV charging provision. The development also features an inclusive play area, new allotments managed by Bottisham Parish Council, ample parking, and access to natural green space. A preserved woodland and dedicated Wildlife Buffer Zone further enhance biodiversity and wellbeing for residents.
Delivered in partnership with Lindum Group and designed by James Garner Associates, Bottisham Meadows reflects Accent’s commitment to sustainability, accessibility, and thoughtful placemaking. It is a strong example of how affordable housing can deliver quality, dignity and long-term community benefit.
Alongside this project recognition, our Development Team has been shortlisted for Best Development Team, acknowledging their expertise, dedication and collaborative approach to creating homes and communities where people are proud to live.
The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on Tuesday 25 November 2025 at the InterContinental O2, London.
