Accent keeps top rating from the Regulator of Social Housing

We’re pleased to share that the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) has once again given Accent Housing the highest possible ratings - G1 for governance and V1 for financial viability.

The Regulator carries out an annual stability check to make sure housing associations are being well run and remain financially strong. Following this review, Accent’s top ratings have been reaffirmed, showing that we continue to be a stable, well-managed and financially secure organisation.

Nick Apetroaie, Chief Executive at Accent Housing, said: “We’re pleased to have retained our G1 and V1 gradings from the Regulator of Social Housing. These ratings confirm the strength of our governance and financial management, and the confidence in our long-term plans.

“Behind these results is the dedication of our people, whose commitment to our customers and communities continues to drive everything we do. As we look ahead, we remain focused on providing good-quality, affordable homes and delivering meaningful, lasting impact for the people we support and places we operate in.”
