We are pleased to announce the signing of a new contract with Persimmon Homes East Midlands to deliver 57 much-needed affordable new homes at Hampton Green in Peterborough. This milestone marks another successful collaboration between the two organisations, following the ongoing development at Hampton Woods.
The contract was signed last month, with the first handovers expected in December 2025. Final completions are scheduled for September 2027.
The new homes will include:
- 36 shared ownership homes
- 21 affordable rent homes
- A mix of 3, 4, and 5-bedroom homes
- 49 homes will be EPC A rated, with the remaining achieving EPC B
This development is supported by grant funding from Homes England through Accent’s Strategic Partnership, reinforcing the commitment to sustainable and accessible housing.
We have already successfully delivered 63 of the 72 homes purchased in the neighbouring Hampton Woods last year, with the remaining units due for completion in December 2025.
Located in the growing township of Hampton, south of Peterborough, Hampton Green is a thoughtfully designed community featuring a variety of home styles and generous green open spaces. The project will contribute significantly to addressing the local need for affordable housing.
