Accent Customers Receive £7,500 Support via Lightning Reach

Accent customers have already received £7,500 in financial support through our new partnership with Lightning Reach.

Lightning Reach is a free, easy-to-use platform that helps people find and apply for grants, benefits and other financial support they may not know they are entitled to. Since launching the partnership, it is already making a real difference to our customers.

Making a real difference

One recent example shows the impact this support can have. After being referred by their Housing Partner, a customer was able to access:

  • £2,000 to clear rent arrears
  • £500 to help with essential items

This support helped ease immediate financial pressure and gave the customer greater stability and confidence moving forward.
