You said: Residents were experiencing minor problems with repairs and expressed concern about the misuse of communal areas.

We did: We held a Repairs Day. Accent staff were on site along with our repairs contractor, Ian Williams, to blitz those minor repairs that easily go unreported. Ian Williams carried out repairs on many properties sorting out leaking taps, loose door handles, faulty trickle vents, sticking doors and faulty sockets.

We provided a caged van to help residents to dispose of their unwanted bulky waste and reminded customers not to store such items in communal stairways and corridors.

Our grounds maintenance contractor also attended to understand residents' concerns about the maintenance and upkeep of the estate - we are keen to work together to improve customer satisfaction in this area.

With the costs of energy, fuel and food expected to increase; we understand that lots of residents may be struggling at the moment. As such, we engaged with the Green Doctor service to help residents seek the best deals for their utilities and advice about reducing energy usage.
