Our Remuneration and Nominations Committee is made up of three members, who are selected from Accent Group businesses or independent committee members.
The Remuneration and Nominations Committee:
- oversee all board and committee member remuneration
- oversee executive remuneration
- manage all boards and committee nominations and succession planning
- review the structure, size and composition of all Boards and Committees
- approve, oversee and monitor the process for appraisals, training and development of all Board and Committee members
- ensures good governance and compliance in related areas
