introducing the Accent Group Consortium

What Is The Consortium?

 In addition to our own developments, we also continue to lead the Accent Group Consortium, a development consortium of (currently) 17 housing associations.

As lead partner, we manage the consortium and the relationship with Homes England. Since its formation in 2006, the consortium has received more than £300 million of grant funding for affordable housing.

To date the consortium has completed nearly 8000 new homes, with a further 730 forecast by 2023.
