Lightwater, Guildford

This new development is located in Lightwater, a village in Surrey about 27 miles south east of central London. In total, this scheme will be providing 21 brand new homes, of which 11 are for affordable rent and 10 will be available for Shared Ownership. Ranging from 1 bedroom maisonettes to 3 bedroom houses, these houses provide fantastic new homes for those who need them the most. All homes have been built to a high standard and designed to achieve an EPC A rating, and will also be fitted with solar PV panels.

Lightwater has great connection routes, being close to the M3 motorway and only 2miles from the nearest train station in Bagshot, which provides a regular service to large towns with travel to London taking just over an hour. Lightwater itself has a range of amenities, including a library, post office, and selection of shops offering our new residents everything on their doorstep.

Built in partnership with Howarth Contractors, it is anticipated these homes will be completed by spring 2027. Guildford Lightwater is part-funded by Homes England from the Affordable Homes Programme 2021-26.
